KUALA LUMPUR: Censuria Capital Sdn Bhd has launched its inaugural structured capital fund to support established small and medium enterprises (SME) and public-listed companies.

Censuria, a registered private equity firm based in Malaysia, said in a statement it is committed to collaborating with businesses to achieve their strategic objectives.

With a focus on tailored capital solutions, the firm said it brings expertise in fund formation, capital structuring, regulatory advice, investor sourcing, and fund operations to empower businesses for growth and success.

Censuria said it remains open to funding capital-raising initiatives in the RM5mil to RM50mil range, especially in business with substantial opportunities for value creation.

The firm believes it can efficiently connect businesses with institutional investors, family offices, and high-networth individuals to meet specific funding needs via its extensive regional network.
