SINGAPORE-BASED JustLogin sees Malaysia as a potential market to expand its human resource (HR) cloud application, especially to the small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the country.

JustLogin CEO KC Kwa said the HR system in Malaysia is similar to Singapore but five times bigger than Singapore’s market which is why they pick Malaysia as its next journey.

“We believe that this HR solution is a worthwhile investment for SMEs who make up 97.2% of businesses in Malaysia,” Kwa told a media conference yesterday.

The group COO Chan Chiou Hao said the JustLogin app is crucial in a hybrid and remote working environment.

“With our solutions, a business can now focus on productivity and their people rather than getting tangled up in tiresome paperwork,” Chan said.

The apps allow users to access and download payslips on the go, apply leave anytime anywhere, deal with expense claims effortlessly, and clock in and out of work via its face technology.

“This will be a paradigm shift for all SMEs in Malaysia. I would say that companies in Malaysia will start embracing this new technology cloud-based,” he said.

Moreover, JustLogin steps in to automate and streamline the administrative process powered by artificial intelligence and microservice technology.

“JustLogin integrated people, payroll, leave, attendance, expense management, mobile app and safe clock helps businesses navigate through the challenges of managing today’s workforce,” he added.

According to him, small and big businesses that have adopted JustLogin are now enjoying hassle-free experiences that give them peace of mind.

Some of JustLogin’s customers include IKEA, Sumitomo Chemicals, Valentino, Toyota Tsusho, Asus, Inside Scoop, Nippon Airways and Sunway Medical Centre.

In a bid to aid the Malaysian business ecosystem, JustLogin is extending an exclusive six months complimentary use of its software to SMEs with a valid SME Status Certificate by SME Corp to benefit from the app.
